APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Initial Steps:
Step 1 - Franchise Applicant
1. Express interest in the Chic-Boy™ Take-Out Store or Dine-In Store business concept by faxing (809-3374 or 658-4564) or mailing a Letter of Intent addressed to:

The Franchise Director
Pier One Bar & Grill Holdings Corporation – Chic-Boy™ Take-Out or Dine-In Store
Pier One Bldg., Cabrera Road, Kaytikling, Brgy. Dolores, Taytay, Rizal, Philippines

2. Letter of Intent must contain the following:

  • Interest in a Chic-Boy™ Take-Out Store or Dine-In Store franchise

  • Proposed site, inclusive of complete address and location map (please indicate if owned or rented)

  • Applicant’s Personal Resume with 2X2 colored Picture and contact numbers
  • Character References with contact numbers (not related to the applicant)
  • Bank Certification (with authorization / waiver for credit check)
  • Certificate of employment (if applicable)

Step 2 – Pier One Bar and Grill Holdings Corporation – Chic-Boy™ Take-Out Store or Dine-In Store will do the following:
1. Do an initial assessment of the proposed site upon receipt of the Letter of Intent
2. Determine the most feasible business model
3. Get in touch with Franchise Applicant and send over the Franchise Qualification form if when approved.

Step 3 - Franchise Applicant must:
1. Fill out Qualification form
2. Send it back to Pier One Bar and Grill Holdings Corporation – Chic-Boy™ Take-Out Store or Dine-In Store

Step 4 - Pier One Bar and Grill Holdings Corporation – Chic-Boy™ Take-Out Store or Dine-In Store

1. Review Qualification form
2. Schedule meeting with Franchise Applicant to discuss other procedures

Once you have met the Chic-Boy™ Take-Out Store or Dine-In Store criteria and in accordance with our franchising regulations, you will be provided with a copy of our Franchising Agreement. After you have reviewed this document, we will contact you to arrange a personal meeting. This will give you an opportunity to experience Chic-Boy™ Take-Out Store or Dine-In Store first hand. When all questions have been answered satisfactorily, a determination may then be made whether you wish to join the Chic-Boy™ Take-Out Store or Dine-In Store Family.
