POSITIONS:

COOK
1. College level.
2. With at least 2 years experience in restaurant or food industry.
3. At least 5-5”in height.
4. Should not exceed 35 years old. 

KITCHEN STAFF/ GRILLER
Food dispatcher, food preparation, Asst. cook -fryer, freezer man, dishwasher.
1. With restaurant background.
2. College level.
3. At least 5-5”in height.
4. Should not exceed 35 years old. 

STORE MANAGER
1. Proficient in the English language and able to communicate orally and written.
2. Must be computer literate and adept in Microsoft Word Excel and Quickbooks Pro.
3.College level –HRM or related course.
4. Have knowledge of service, food and beverage generally involving at least three years of front of the house operations or assistant management positions.
5. Possess excellent basic math skills and have the ability to operate a cash register/ POS system.
6. M/F, Should not exceed 35 years old.  
 
WAITSTAFF (MALE AND FEMALE)
1. Female – at least 5’2”, Male at least 5’5”.
2. College level – HRM or related course.
3. Pleasing personality.
4. Good communication skills and with background in restaurant.
5. With strong customer service skills. 
6. Age: 18 to 25 years old

COUNTER CREW
1. Female – at least 5’2”, Male- at least 5’5”.
2. College level – HRM or related course. Pleasing personality.
3. Good communication skills and with background in restaurant.
4. With strong customer service skills and suggestive selling skills.  Knowledge in POS is an advantage.

5. Age: 18 to 28 years old

BARTENDER/ BAR MAID
1. Female – should be at least 5’2” height, Male – should be at least 5-5 in height.
2. College level – HRM or related course.
3 .Pleasing personality.
4. Good communication skills and with background in restaurant.
5. Familiar with stocks inventory and requisitions.
6. Age: 18 to 28 years old
                                 
ACCOUNTING CLERK
1. College graduate – Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
2. Must know how to use Quickbooks Pro.
3. Should not exceed 35 years old.               

UTILITY- MALE
1. High school graduate-college level.
2. Janitorial background highly required.
3. With knowledge and experience in basic carpentry, electrical, maintenance and repairs. 
4. Able to communicate with guests.
5. At least 5-5” in height.
6. Should not exceed 35 years old.                               

UTILITY- FEMALE
1. High school graduate.
2. Janitorial background highly required.
3. Able to communicate with guests.
4. Should not exceed 35 years old.                               
 
STOCK CLERK
1. Computer literate.
2. College level.
3. With experience in handling stockroom/ warehouse.
4. Familiar with the ins and outs of stockroom/ warehouse.
5. With experience in records, proper filing of documents, receipts etc. Possess basic math skills.
6. Should not exceed 35 years old.
